work with us
Good people know good people
We hire throughout the year for experienced baristas and bakers/food service positions. Typically they are part-time positions and we post active roles on job boards when we are looking.
But the first place we always look is in our inbox for resumes of people who have sent us their CV. We flag and collect your resumes and reach out when we are looking. So it's always good to email us anytime so we have it on file.
What are we looking?
As a busy community-focused cafe the things that match us well are 2+ years experience in specialty coffee shops, a passion for community engagement, talking with people, and being an ambassador for Kitsilano and Kits Beach.
